Additional Directing Staff

The officer is from Pakistan Custom Services. He had Post Graduation in Political Science from Balochistan University Quetta and a Master in Business Administration from LUMS Lahore. He joined civil service in 2001, attended 28th Common Training Program, and further underwent the Specialized Training in Directorate of Training and Research (Customs) Karachi.

The Officer has been performing his duties on different key posts such as Assistant Collector and Deputy Collector of Customs in Quetta and Karachi. He has also worked as Secretary Federal Board of Revenue as well as Deputy Collector of Sales Tax Islamabad. He has been a member of different promotion committees of Inspectors of land Customs in Quetta and Islamabad. The Officer successfully attended the 19th Mid-Career Management Course at the National Institute of Management Quetta and also attended one month’s course at IBA on Management and Information Technology. The Officer has to his credit the completion of the pilot project of Computerized Goods Declaration (GD) for Karachi customs port. He has been posted at this Institute as Additional Directing Staff in January 2019 as faculty and also attended 25th Senior Management Course (25-02-2019 to 14-06-2019) in NIPA Lahore.
