In 2006, Mr. Khalid Mehmood Lashari joined the esteemed National Institute of Management (NIM) in Quetta, where he currently holds the position of Additional Directing Staff. Mr. Lashari boasts a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy from the renowned Riphah Institute of Public Policy at Riphah International University in Islamabad. In addition to his expertise in information technology, he is highly skilled in web design and development, and has a talent for digital painting, sketching, Islamic art, and Arabic/Urdu calligraphy.

As a member of the NIM Faculty, Mr. Lashari is known for his dedication to his work and his commitment to excellence. He is always seeking out new ways to improve his skills and knowledge and has a strong desire to stay current with the latest trends and developments in his field. This drive for continuous learning has helped him to consistently deliver top-quality results in his work and has earned him the trust and confidence of his colleagues and superiors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lashari has been an invaluable asset to NIM, conducting the Information Technology Phase of the Advance Course in Management Course (ACMC) and serving as a faculty member and Additional Directing Staff (T&C) for the 24th to 27th Mid-Career Management Courses (MCMC). He has also conducted short courses in computer science for a variety of organizations, including the police, Khuzdar Engineering University, UNDP, Pakistan Audit and Accounts Academy, and programs supported by the Asian Development Bank such as the Balochistan Resource Management Program (BRMP) and the Decentralization Support Program (DSP).

In addition to his work in the classroom, Mr. Lashari has gained a wealth of experience in a variety of roles, including Information Technology, Procurement, Administration, and Training. He also served as Deputy Director (Program) at NIM’s Islamabad for seven years, playing a crucial role in the establishment of the institute. Overall, Mr. Lashari’s diverse skillset and dedication to education make him a valuable asset to NIM and its participants.
